Spider Man no longer in MCU due to the rift between Sony and Disney

Marvel Studios is finishing its association with Sony Pictures on the Spider-Man establishment, on account of a difference over co-financing. This might be the end of Spider-Man in MCU.

Sony and Disney have successfully bonded together on 2017’s Spider-Man: Homecoming and this current summer’s Far From Home. Its not that long and Sony and the Disney-claimed Marvel have already gone to a disagreement with respect to future movies.

Spider Man no longer in MCU

Accordingly, Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige is not ready to create any new Spider Man solo films. This implies that Tom Holland’s role i.e. Spider Man will no longer be showing up in any future MCU movies or TV series.

Sony still holds the rights to Spider Man and associated characters,. However long time ago, the studio made a pact with Marvel. The pact was to permit Spider Man to show up in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Tom Holland’s Spider Man made his introduction in 2016’s Captain America: Civil War. He further played key roles in Avengers: Infinity War and Endgame.

An independent Spider-Man movie still can’t seem to be formally declared. Not only this the character was also missing from Marvel’s Comic-Con board earlier this month, where the studio spread out the next couple of years of the MCU.
