It’s Official : Friends to premiere in Theatres for 25th Anniversary

Almost 25 years back, on September 22, 1994, Friends made its NBC introduction and forever changed the face of American sitcoms. It’s hard to believe, but 25 years ago this September the first episode of Friends aired


The gang from Friends will accumulate round Central Perk to celeberate their 25th anniversary.

Fans will get opportunity to observe Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matthew Perry, David Schwimmer, and Matt LeBlanc in cinemas for a unique screening of 12 famous scenes more than three evenings this fall.

It has been reported that on Sept. 23, Sept. 28, and Oct. 2, almost 1,000 auditoriums across United States will premiere four episodes for every night in 4K from the first 35mm camera negative. Each screening will highlight entertaining interviews and content that has never been revealed.


Most importantly, Warner Bros. TV is making a Friends pop up experience in New York with complete props and set recreation for the fans. Could this be any more exciting?

“The social effect that Friends keeps on having, 25 years after its debut, is amazing, a genuine tribute of the virtuoso of Marta Kauffman, David Crane, Kevin Bright, and the staggeringly gifted cast,” said Warner Bros. TV Group President and Chief Marketing Officer Lisa Gregorian.

Night 1: Pilot – ReDo, The One With The Black Out, The One With The Birth, The One Where Ross Finds Out

Night 2: The One With The Prom Video, The One Where No One’s Ready, The One With The Morning After, The One With The Embryos

Night 3: The One With Chandler In A Box, The One With Ross’ Wedding – Part 2, The One Where Everyone Finds Out, The One Where Ross Got High

Tickets for Friends 25th Anniversary: The One With The Anniversary occasion will be accessible for buy beginning Aug 16.
